We are looking for an Entry Level Manager Trainee to join our team. Our team members are exceptional communicators and passionate relationship builders. We are relentlessly focused on the success of our clients, promoting retention, and developing customer loyalty. You will be a liaison between our clients and customers and are responsible for increasing the customer base by maintaining relationships with existing consumers and developing new relationships.

Duties:

• Ensure excellent account coordination through seamless, clear, and concise communication with both customers and our team.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with buyers as needed.
• Act confidently by answering and finding answers to customer questions and finding solutions to issues.
• Support and contribute towards the achievement of sales and goals.
• Manage customer accounts, activations, and concerns.
• Increase sales for the client and the company.

Job Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as interpersonal skills
• Ambition, strong work ethic, and openness to new ideas
• Ability to work in a high energy environment
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills
